Script House
OUR MISSION
House is a ministry-focused non-profit organization that offers performing arts education to homeschool students. Script House is not just an isolated acting class or co-op but a structured program where students can begin young and develop their skills as they grow. Our goal is to equip students with strong theatrical foundations while fostering a love for storytelling and performance in a way that honors the Lord.
YOU ARE INVITED
For those who love the stage but prefer storytelling over singing and dancing, or for anyone looking to deepen their theatre knowledge and acting technique, we present Script House! Whether you are a beginner or an experienced performer, we welcome you to explore the art of acting through drama, improv, scripts, playwrights, and more.
Script House classes take place on Monday afternoons at times that conveniently alternate with Choir House and Dance House so that students can participate in multiple programs without extra scheduling stress. Join us and be part of an exciting, skill-focused theatre experience!
WHAT WILL WE DO
Script House is designed to build confident, empathetic, and well-rounded actors. Students will explore different styles of acting, engage in meaningful storytelling, and develop stage presence while learning the importance of human connection and teamwork. Through drama exercises, character work, and improvisation, we provide students with the tools to sharpen their performance abilities in a fun and supportive environment.
Each season culminates in an end-of-year project, uniquely shaped by the talents and interests of the students. No two seasons are the same, and every group brings something fresh to the stage!
OPPORTUNITIES
Through Script House, students will have the chance to:
Strengthen acting technique through hands-on experience
Develop stage confidence and storytelling skills
Explore dramatic literature, playwrights, and improvisation
Collaborate with peers to create meaningful performances
Participate in a live theatrical production at the end of the season
Script House is more than just an acting class—it’s a place where students can grow in their gifts, deepen their understanding of theatre, and develop character both on and off the stage.
Come learn, create, and perform with House Theatre!
