THIS WILL ENABLE THE CONTINUED USE OF THE ARTS TO BUILD OUR YOUTH FOR A BRIGHTER, CHRIST-FOCUSED FUTURE.

  • A single performance can cost between $15,000 and $25,000 to produce.

  • Production rights for performances can range from $3,500 to $6,000, with potential increases for additional performances.

  • Production rights fees apply to each title produced, and each show may have additional percentage costs.

  • Efforts are made to keep tuition rates and admission fees affordable to allow wider participation, requiring excellent resource management and planning.

  • Producing a performance typically involves a minimum of eight professionally skilled individuals, which can increase to 12.

  • Responsibility is taken for equipment, including replacing items as needed and acquiring additional equipment, while sharing Northwood's equipment.

  • The organization has been fortunate to serve the community in various ways, necessitating administrative tools and staffing to meet the needs of a growing community.

  • Costs per performance may include production rights, music, instrumentals, staffing, digital resources, advertising resources, microphones, audio supplies, lighting, special effects, costume design, costume materials, costume storage, set design, set construction, tools, wood, transportation, storage, administrative fees, printed materials, communication materials, organizational tools for non-profits, building use, and cleaning.
